The Team Training Program may include the following services (per individual, or team):

• 12-month training plan
Periodization schedule
Specific training phases designed to address needs of each athlete/team

• Monthly training schedules
Training schedules provided for each month, including specific daily workouts

• Weight training program design
Strength training phases
Strength training instruction

• Monitoring of Team Email List

• Monthly meetings/consultations

• Training history evaluation

• Fitness progression testing

• Bike fit evaluation

• Race tatics and strategies

• Skills instruction

Training Camps may include the following services and can take place at any location that you wish:

• Organized route selection

• Fitness testing

• Bike fit evaluation

• Skills instruction
